I've just watch Blood Diamond earlier this morning, well, I've seen it thrice, I think, since it was premiered here at the Philippines but it never fails to move me. Well in a sad, yet inspiring way I guess.
It shows how messed up people can be, how greed cause alot of pain, how blood is shed, families separated, how brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers mourn for their loved ones, how one's luxury could cause another's life. All because of our selfish, misleading wants. And the people who caters to that want are willing to do everything just to provide you with it. Well they know that they cause alot of suffering to others, but because of money, they just could not care less.
They say money makes the world go round, and I myself believe that. And because it's money that governs most of the decisions that are made in our society, our world would'nt have a single, honest revolution.
